Known for his bubbly and dynamic personality, Gerry Nainggolan is a well-travelled chef with a wealth of international experience.

Gerry headed to Dubai in 2008 and took on the role of Chef De Cuisine and win several prestigious culinary medal . With his obvious love of travel which is a big part of who he is, Gerry has found that his food style is largely influenced by world cuisine.

It’s also very important for Gerry to work in an open kitchen as he will sail from the kitchen to your table’s to deliver a different culinary experience.
